"UMass Dartmouth Dining Services is inviting you to the One Million Acts of Good Movement. We are participating in the Ellen Degeneres and Cheerios , ‘One Million Acts of Good’ Campaign on February 26^th in the Campus Center from 11AM-2PM. UMass Dartmouth was selected as one of 50 Chartwells Higher Education accounts to participate in General Mills’, One Million Acts of Good. We will be creating 300 MATTERboxes or snack boxes packed with healthy, shelf-stable snacks and nutrition education for a community in need. Volunteers will participate in the MATTERbox challenge to pack healthy meals for distribution to community partners. (to learn more: www.matter.ngo/what-we-do/matterbox/).”

These finished MATTERboxes will be given to Arnie’s Cupboard and Youth Opportunites Unlimited NB (Y.O.U).
