Our trips focus on a form of volunteering in which travelers participate in hands-on, sustainable, voluntary work. We believe that there should be an experience and impact on both sides of the equation: those who you help, and you. The trips are often described as “life-changing,” and they are. You work on our ongoing programs which are always grassroots and spearheaded by our Mayan Indigenous female social workers.
