VISION: PN2K aspires to make biking safer for families. GOALS: PN2K wishes to create an interconnected biking community; increase the number of cyclists on the roads (ridership); make cycling more reliable, affordable, and convenient for individuals; works towards cycling infrastructure that is friendly to people from 6-60 years old. PROGRAMS: PN2K has a national foundation and an MIT chapter. The MIT chapter holds regular bicycle safety repair events and is working on bike repair training programs to exponentially increase knowledge of bike repair and self-sufficiency. The PN2K Foundation organizes bike safety education via online tutorials, bike ride and fundraising events, low-cost sales of helmets and biking goods, and city/town partnering community events for families.
